Frontage: Minimum +40 feet to ensure visibility and customer access

Floor Height: Minimum 12 feet (from floor to lower beam), but 10 feet is acceptable in special cases

Location: High-footfall areas, ideally district main markets or prominent retail high streets

Accessibility: Easy pedestrian and vehicular access with nearby parking options

Power Supply: Minimum 25 kW sanctioned load (can vary by location)

Basic Facilities: To be provided by the landlord – proper flooring, wall finish, HVAC ducts (if available), basic power & water connections, toilet facilities, glass facade and others.

Special Case Properties:

Frontage: Minimum +40 feet to ensure visibility and customer access

Floor Height: Minimum 12 feet (from floor to lower beam), but 10 feet is acceptable in special cases

Location: High-footfall areas, ideally district main markets or prominent retail high streets

Accessibility: Easy pedestrian and vehicular access with nearby parking options

Power Supply: Minimum 25 kW sanctioned load (can vary by location)

Basic Facilities: To be provided by the landlord – proper flooring, wall finish, HVAC ducts (if available), basic power & water connections, toilet facilities, glass facade and others.

Special Case Properties:
