Franchise Fee

To become a Walkway franchisee, a fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- + GST is required as part of the franchise agreement. This fee grants you access to their brand, support systems, and operational frameworks.

All India: 30% margin on net sales

Investment Requirements :

Franchisee’s Investment

Security Deposit and Lease Agreement: Franchisees are responsible for the security deposit to the landlord and any lease agreement expenses.

Store Setup: All civil work, electrical work, required metre load, air conditioning, lighting, flooring, painting, ceiling, and stockroom racking as per company standards.

Stock Security Deposit: A refundable stock security deposit of Rs. 20-30 lakhs based on business requirements. The company pays 6% annual interest on the deposited amount.

Franchisee’s Liabilities

Operational Expenses: All administrative and operational expenses, including electricity, HR salaries and commissions, monthly rent, and any government taxes (except GST on daily sales).

Compliance: Adherence to all company norms and policies as per the franchise agreement.

Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day operations, including cash deposits to the company’s account, stock control, and handling shortages.

Licences: Obtaining and maintaining all necessary government licences.
